Masha has been playing traditional music and leading dances for over 40 years. Living in Ireland & England for over a decade, she has performed at festivals, clubs, & pubs from Dublin to Davis.
A ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) is a traditional Scottish or Irish social gathering featuring lively folk music, energetic group dancing, and social interaction. Attendees dance in pairs or groups, guided by a “caller” who teaches steps, making it accessible for beginners. It is a high-energy event focused on fun, community, and celebration rather than perfect technique.
