Sharing an unwavering passion for the mystique and raw emotion of Celtic music, fiddler Blake Ritter and cellist Summer McCall have dedicated themselves to honoring their musical heritage. Individually they have studied with influential and legendary artists such Alasdair Fraser, Natalie Haas, Martin Hayes, John McCusker, Mike Block, Johnny Cunningham and Tristan & Tashina Clarridge.
Since beginning their musical partnership as a duo in 2018, Blake and Summer have taken traditional music to new heights by infusing it with contemporary and improvisational techniques. With Blake’s award winning and inviting sound and Summer’s energetically joyous talent, they have been turning heads and gaining rapid recognition in the Celtic community near and far.
