We don’t have public wifi so you can even (sort of) “unplug” for the weekend. Printed guides available at Gate 1, Info Booth, KVMR/Festival Merch booth, Gate 4, Gate 5. Or you can view the schedule download and print from this website.

Gate Info:

GATE 1 (Main Entrance)

  • Friday – 3pm for Youth Arts Program running 4-7pm
  • Friday Ceilidh ticketed event hours 8pm-11pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 10pm
  • Sunday: 10am – 9pm
  • Sunday early entry for Seniors and Veterans 9:30am

GATE 4 (Camping and Vendor Gate)

  • Thursday by reservation staff/volunteers/vendors 12pm-8pm
  • Friday Public 12pm-10pm
  • Friday Vendor 8am-10pm
  • Saturday 8am-10pm
  • Sunday: 8am – 10pm

GATE 3 & 5 (Camping to Festival Gates)

  • Thursday: 12pm – 8pm Working Staff and Volunteers Only
  • Friday – Saturday: 8am – 11:30pm
  • Sunday: 8am – 10:30pm

What should I know before I go?

  • Bring a low back or regular folding chair, jacket and flashlight
  • Coolers are allowed, but no glass or cans
  • Bring cloth napkins and utensils
  • No firearms or weapons
  • No solicitation, sales activities, or busking without written permission

  • Mattress/sleeping pad
  • Bedding or sleeping bag & pillow
  • Flashlight
  • Camp Stove

  • Face Covering (worn over the face and nose to prevent transmission of COVID-19)
  • Shade canopy
  • Water jugs/wagon (for carrying water back to camp)
  • Spray bottle (great for keeping cool on warm days)
  • Clothing for warm days and cool nights
  • Sunhat
  • Sunscreen
  • Water bottle/mug, plate & utensils (for re-use in camp and at the Food Court)
  • Portable FM Radio (for listening to Hog Ranch Radio in camp)
  • Rain gear (Just in case)
  • Soap and Towel
  • Ear Plugs
  • Cup or container for drinks (no glass is allowed on the Music Meadow)
  • Wagon (very handy for hauling gear around and sleeping kids back from the Music Meadow)
  • Musical instruments (for jamming with friends and neighbors)

What should I NOT pack?

WHAT NOT TO PACK LIST

  • Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots (qualified service animals are welcome).
  • Please remove all personal possessions after each night’s performance.
  • No fireworks or sky lanterns.
  • No amplified music or drum circles from 11 pm to 11 am.
  • No open flame, candles, campfires, or charcoal grills (cook stoves OK). HIGH FIRE DANGER.
  • No video recording of any performances.
  • No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs, Segways).
  • No unauthorized vending – if you’re not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. Violators are subject to confiscation and/or ejection.
  • No laser pens or similar focused-light devices.
  • No professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses.
  • No unauthorized motorized and/or remote control aerial devices, toys, cameras or equipment (drones, toy planes, etc.).

What are the Music Meadow GUIDELINES?

Music Meadow Guidelines:

  • No cans or glass.
  • No large coolers (soft-sided “lunch-sized” permitted).
  • No chairs higher than 18” in front of the soundboard.
  • No Frisbee or disc throwing.
  • No outside beverages. Exceptions:
    • Sealed water bottles
    • Kids’ juice/milk boxes/baby formula
    • One drink in a cup (16 oz or under) per person

Can I bring my dog?

  • No pets allowed except qualified trained service dogs

Can I bring alcohol?

  • No alcohol can be brought in from offsite

How much are ticketing fees?

  • $5
  • Kids age 5 and under are free

Do kids get in free?

  • Kids age 5 and under are free

How do I get a refund?

  • No refunds
  • Performers are subject to change without notice

Will the weather effect things?

  • This is a rain-or-shine event!

What about this Raffle? Where do I see the prizes? Where do I buy tickets?

The KVMR Booth by the Northern Mines building on the Main Green will sell raffle tickets and display raffle items donated by our generous Marketplace vendors.

Money Man Marc Cuniberti will be roaming around selling raffle tickets for $1 at Celtic Fest. With his firm grasp on finances, it’s no surprise Marc is the #1 raffle-ticket-salesman of all times! His commentary, Money Matters, is biweekly Tuesdays, on KVMR’s Evening News.

The Raffle drawing will be Sunday Oct 1st 5:30pm so you can pick up your items before you leave the festival!

Are there lockers to store belongings?

No storage facilities.

Scheduled Musicians performing can check instruments in.  No overnight storage.

What should I do if I have questions or an issue during the festival?

Visit KVMR info booth located near the food court across from the restrooms.

Where do I find raffle items and buy tickets?

Tickets are $1.
